Returns, Refunds & Repairs



DEFINITION: Referring to any made-to-order items such as our chairs and rockers.


  • Cancelled orders may be subject to payment for any work already completed at the point of cancellation
  • Faulty/damaged items: In the unlikely event that any item is faulty, damaged or incorrect on receipt, notify us and we will repair/replace or refund at our discretion, within 6 months of the item being received
  • After 6 months: As a handmade craft item we do everything possible to ensure a product that will last, so we don’t envisage you having any issues with your chairs for years to come. If you do find yourself in need of some touch ups, a reseat or a fix on any damage then please get in touch and we will be able to assess the fix required and talk through the lead time and price.
